Getting language\english.nlg not found error message only when playing NES games on ArcadeOX Full mode and can't use my PS5 controller in the other modes on NES games. It was working 2 weeks ago and now it's not. Please advise

This is Krendall[/URL]. I tried to log in some time ago and it said my password data was lost due to some server issue. It gave me a link to get an email to reset it, but it never shows up. I've checked every folder I have. I created this account to try to get someone's attention and hopefully fix this. The only reason I haven't done this sooner is I honestly didn't think about creating another account to contact someone until now.
Hi there, apologies for the stupid question. I haven't been on in 2 year but back again now with new PC. This is my company laptop so need to make some adjustments more than likely to get arcade OX to work.
To install it do I just click on the arcadeOX Score Mode ยป Compete for the high score! to install. It just stays black.
Should I get hold of my IT guys or is there another way/link to install it?
Been waiting super long...what's the update on the score submissions? Thanks.
