Read This Before Asking for Support
 

Many of our users will attempt to be helpful and answer your questions to the best of their ability, sometimes they will give good advice and sometimes they will be mistaken. If their advice is not helping please wait for a response from our official tech support team, Kong and Seahawk, they should be around shortly. It is not necessary to PM them as they read all posts made in the support section. It is useful to look for one of them in Chat though.

You must answer the 7 following questions when asking for support playing games. If you do not answer these questions, we will assume you did not read this thread and instead of answering your question we will just post a link to here.

1. Are you interested in using TeamViewer (more info below)?
2. What is your OS? Example Vista, XP, Mac OSX, etc.
3. What is your browser? Example Firefox 3.5, Internet Explorer 7, etc.
4. Post a link to one game you are having problems with.
5. What Play Mode is causing the problem? Example ArcadeOX Score, Java Full, etc.
6. Has it ever worked correctly before?
7. Describe the problem.

TeamViewer
is a program that makes giving support over the Internet much easier by letting me see your computer as if I was in the room with you. You download and run (install is not required) the TeamViewer program from their site (link). You select your settings (either allow me to just see what is on your screen or give me access to use your mouse and keyboard too, your choice). Then email me your Team Viewer userid and password (do not post this publicly). You can close Team Viewer at any time and when you do my access to your computer is immediately ended.

You can choose to not use TeamViewer but it will usually make support for your issue take longer.

TeamViewer Quick Support

ArcadeOX works only on Windows, NOT Linux or Apple or portable devices like smart phones.

To play in ArcadeOX mode you have to install the ArcadeOX plugin.

To play in Flash games you have to install the Flash plugin.

To play in the other modes you have to install the Java plugin.

If you are using Firefox or Internet Explorer and do not have the required plugins installed then you should automatically receive a prompt to install them. Just follow the instructions in your browser.

If you are using Google Chrome then you will need to follow these manual install instructions.

If you are using Opera then you will need to follow these manual install instructions.
