Well this is what I recommend that you do.Other that Kongs advice on compressing a video here is what I did:
Although my clip was only 55 seconds long, it was 500 MB.This solution helps weather your video is 8 seconds long or 8 miniutes long.First, play a gme using ArcadeOX full mode, such as a snes game.Go on the File menu and click on record .avi and whn the window for compression come up for this method you don't have to compress the file, althouhg you may, but that's for your experimenting.Do your recording, stop the recording and then open up windows movie maker.Once on winows movie maker open up the .avi file and drag it into the first storyboard slot.Don't save it and delete the video just yet, or the clip will be lost. Then click on "Publish Movie".Whne a box saying "Where do you want to publish your movie" comes up, click on This computer>Then change the file name and folder where you want it to be saved>Next>More settings>
Windows Media HD 720p>publish.The file size should now be
Alot smaller (Mine changed form 500MB to 17MB).Open it up in a media player and if it works, you can either Upload it to youtube although I can't say exactly how long it will take or another website.I recomend veoh.com as it has quick uploading, good quality, unlimited file size and it tells you how long you have left.
I know that was really boring but please read it properly and your problem should be solved! Here is my example of what I uploaded using that method:
