New Gfx card question

Anyone have experience/feedback for Nvidia GeForce GTX 1070? Have one rig currently with Geforce GT 730 (2 GB dedicated). Looking for a good card in the $400 or less price range. I'm assuming going from 730 to 1070 will probably require new power supply as well? Thanks in advance.

PassMark Software - Video Card (GPU) Benchmarks - High End Video Cards

Looks like if you want something in the $400 range you should go with another 1070. Why do you need 2 high end cards? Are you mining?

It is a power efficient card. If you only have one a 500 watt power supply will be enough.

Re: New Gfx card question

I've just got the low-end card right now (2 GB), am looking to completely replace it with either a 1060 (6GB) or 1070 (8GB). For $150 less, I'm thinking the $250 1060 will be a decent upgrade, and the 1070 might be more than I need anyway. Thanks for the tip on the power. I've got a 500w, I was hoping not to have to upgrade the PSU.
