That's my problem too, my stomach never gets a moderate amount substance in it. I only eat 1 meal a day, and it's always huge. Then I'll drink a dozen beers in an evening a couple times a week. My my stomach shrinks and expands at a constant, so I got a gut.

I don't know how it is in other parts of the world but here in Canada and certainly in the US, we are constantly bombarded with advertisements for junk food and it is available nearly everywhere; most importantly to this discussion being the emphasis on pop.

Not only is pop absolutely loaded with high - fructose corn syrup and worse: aspartame in the so - called 'diet' versions, but drinking it also makes you more thirsty than you were to begin with.

Aspartame causes Type 2 diabetes, which is ironic since most people choose diet pop to avoid the sugar and also the diabetes.
