I wasn't sure where to post this or even if I should post it but I feel like I should since some of you might've known him in the short time he was here.

His real name was Kimo and he died the day before his birthday(oct22 I think). I don't know what the cause was and I would've felt weird asking for that info from his family but he was in the hospital for surgery and he was there for quite some time. He was very worried about going for surgery and I guess he had good reason to be.

So yeah he's not a celebrity but I think he should've been. He was truly one of the nicest people I've ever met and he respected everyone, even people who hated him for being gay. He was one of those rare people who thought of everyone else first and he made sure you knew he cared about you.

Rest in peace Kimo. I hope there is an afterlife and it's full of hot gay guys who want nothing more than to make you happy.

Just from talking on FB. Recently he stopped posting for a couple months and I messaged one of his family to ask about it and I think that's why he posted something on FB. It was really short and impersonal, I took it like he wanted to let us know he was still around but he was too sick to do much. I found out he died because people started posting RIP Kimo on his birthday, which FB notifies you about.

It's pretty surprising that Lemmy made it to seventy considering how hard he went with the whole drug thing.

He was really good in Hawkwind and it's impossible to deny how much Motorhead influenced both punk and metal.
