They already had the text messages. They, the NFL, said they didn't need his cell phone. Look up Tom Brady pool cover and see how many articles were written about that. Imagine how much other personal info would have been leaked by the nfl.

To be fair, the fact the NFL refused to call up a key witness for Berman to question himself as well as failed to give conclusive proof that Brady had anything to do with it didn't help

I hope Tuck signs a one day contract with the Giants. Besides being a great player, he's also a great leader. You could see how much he impacted the Raiders lockeroom in just one year.
