It needs to be done on ArcadeOX score mode. Anyone can look up trivia on Earthbound.

It isn't based on the honor system. All the submissions are verified so people know for sure that you have completed it.

Some time in the future we might add a separate tracking system that allows you to just check games off for your own personal records.
