Make sure you are logged in to minecraft.net

1. Search the skindex search bar for the skin that you desire

2. look to the right of your skin once you found it for a bunch of little icons

3. click the icon that shows a hard drive with an arrow up

4. you will be redirected to minecraft.net

5. It will ask if you want to change your skin to the new one

6. Click yes

my skin is an Edmonton Oilers player currently. Last one was Adrian Shephard from Half Life Opposing force. Located in the green signature.

@Guardian, I heard 1.8 is coming for Thursday, so yeah. Not sure if there is a whole lotta point in a pre-release server. Who else is down for it though?

Some images I've been meaning to share.

First two are a glitch I witnessed where there was squid swimming through the air.

Last three are of Dudebro diving off of a mountain cliff to discover the water below was quite shallow. Last image is really well timed as you see him at the split second of death where he's taking the damage and his items are being tossed out.

@Tenser- Don't forget that I knew the water was shallow but I was aiming for the deeper stuff. Just missed it. Also you helped me save my stuff only to have the effort wasted when sumo blew me up minutes later with a tnt trap.

Ok so I looked at the server window and it said disconnected because of old version(I thought we could still play if we wanted to?). So before I make a new one does anyone have a suggestion for the seed? The first map was retrouprising and that was kinda meh. The one that just ended was desert and that ended up pretty awesome. Please don't give me any ones that are known, let's be surprised.

Btw are we gonna go with the first map we get no matter what or should we restart if it looks to be boring?

Seed is what you type in to generate the map. It can be left blank I think but it's more fun to gamble.
