the one that can answer your question is kong. he is the one that adds the games to the site after they have been tested for bugs.

1. Last I checked ( a couple years ago ) you could buy GBA games new in game stores. That is not retro.
2. I've tried to open a dialog with Nintendo and see how they feel about our site. I haven't got much feed back from them but I don't think they like GBA games being online.
3. The GBA emulator isn't too advanced and so lots of games have bugs. Even when they don't have bugs they still are in a small window, play too fast and have no sound.
4. Most GBA games are significantly larger than NES, GB, SMS and Genesis games. That means longer download time and more bandwidth and storage space that I have to pay for per game. None of our games are over 5MBs. Most of the GBA games that could be added would be way over 5MB each.

For those reasons I don't care much for the GBA games being here in the first place. They don't really belong or fit in with the rest of the site IMO.

Well, there are emmulators for Playstation but you need the disk for your computer.

I categorize play station and N64 not retro, actually IMO the cut off for retro was 2d gaming.

Sonic Spinball for Gen is in first post of games not being added.

IMO N64 and 3D games were the downfall of gaming. I haven't cared for many games since then. I am biased though. As I have said before 3D games give me motion sickness. I'm not a fan of the Mega Men series but I like that they are making a new 2D Mega Men.

I haven't played very many post-32-bit games. 3DO was my last system.

actually tails i have to disagree with the n64 that is a retro system now because it is hard to find any stores that sell them and it being more than 2 systems ago so it is way outdated (by graphics) does to me make it a retro system. i still play the n64 more then i do my gamecube because i liked the games better then what they are now. the playstation i agree is not retro yet cause you can still find the games easy in the stores.

@ kong they still do sell GBA in some stores new the nintendo ds has not taken away from the GB yet.

I know but other games were tampered with and I thought we could try Sonic spinball again.

Never knew you had motion sickness, personally, I just hate 3D gaming in general, I like maybe 15 games for N64 and GCN combined. The only playstation game I like is NFL Blitz 2000 since I like football. The Wii IMO is the only 3-d system I like, It has 2d stuff and it tips its hat to classic games.

I agree with you there, Kong. There maybe some good game for 3D systems, but I always did have the most fun out of all the systems represented in this site & the SNES as well. To be my age & not have fun playing at least one of these is insanity.
