Re: Ten Franchises That Deserve A Revival
I like the Art for Mighty Final Fight, so if it's like that I'd like to see a remake.

Re: Ten Franchises That Deserve A Revival
I wasn't too much of a fan myself, having played F-Zero X.

Re: Ten Franchises That Deserve A Revival
The only F-Zero game I enjoyed was the first one, past that it just got old.
I'd like to see a revival of Shin Megami Tensei, not Persona, not Devil Summoner, just plain old Shin Megami Tensei.

Re: Ten Franchises That Deserve A Revival
Wow, that looks pretty cool, and a good idea.
I'm surprised no one has mentioned this one for a revival: Princess Crown.

Re: Ten Franchises That Deserve A Revival
If you try that game and it's cool let me know. It looks ok but nothing is drawing me in so to speak.

Re: Ten Franchises That Deserve A Revival
I've played SMT:Imagine it's interesting, I'm not sure how I feel about it, It's kind of cool being they kept it in cannon and it takes place between 1&2, but some of the mechanics work out strangely, I don't disscourage trying it though, and if you like it, you can send me a friend invite on it.
And a Strider remake could end up being really epic and awesome, or a Ninja Gaiden clone, and the 3rd option is it could completely blow. It'd be nice to see a good remake or Strider, taking on Commie Robo-Dragon (Ouroboros) was great

Re: Ten Franchises That Deserve A Revival
Battle toads and Road Rash would be cool.
They need to bring back Duke Nukem.

Re: Ten Franchises That Deserve A Revival
Another 2D Ninja Gaiden would be cool, no more of the 3D hack n' slash type for Ninja Gaiden.

Re: Ten Franchises That Deserve A Revival
They need to make a Ninja Gaiden III hack n slash.
They just keep rereleasing I and II over and over again.

Re: Ten Franchises That Deserve A Revival
But, I'd rather see more of the 2D games than more of the 3D games. Seriously, outside of Devil May Cry and God of War, too many hack n' slash games feel uninspired and when they have sequels, the sequels are just the same game with slightly upgraded graphics, a new playable character, more gore, more enemies on screen at once, and a slightly revised final boss.
