It's one of my favorites too but I don't consider it making fun of rap. Weird Al isn't trying to insult really, he's just clever and creative. I've always like his music and I think he deserves more credit for his awesomeness.

I disagree. I mean, it's not easy to make fun of most music. Some of it is just silly.

I like Sublime OK, just the whole culture and the white boy reggae thing is very silly.

I love Piano Black. I own the 4 disc Cowboy Bebop OST with the live performances and its awsome. Ive been a fan of Yoko since Escoflowne and her work on Ghost in the Shell is classic as well.

Tech N9ne also sampled on her songs from Cowboy Bebop called the Rain...very EPIC

TMT, I don't usually like rap. My style is probably directly opposite of hip hop (www.youtube.com/watch?v=nCP5L2NFbJY), but this song is pretty amazing. His lyrics are real, I'm not used to hearing that.

And you, you are very talented. Whoever said rap doesn't take talent is smoking something sick, for sure.

Most people get a false representation of rap music. I don't blame people for not liking rap. But when it comes down to it, I think there is a rap song for everyone. There are so many different styles and sub-genres of rap. It's about as broad of a classification of music as "rock" is.

I'm glad you enjoyed the song. Brother Ali has 3 fantastic records under his belt and is one of my favorite emcees these days.
