sez, let me see if i understand you correctly, it's ok to screw with little kids as long as before you do it you make a bunch of hit songs first. i know you can't possibly think that way.

Yeah, but also don't forget, here in the states the media will try to portray any celebrity as guilty whether they are or not because it's a better story and more money for them. I followed the second MJ trial really closely and the accusers were really really suspect to me.
I'm not saying he never did this to any children (maybe maybe not), but I don't think he did to this particular kid.

Re: Michael Jackson rushed to hospital
I'm with justin on this one, he may have been found not guilty but that doesn't mean innocent. It just means they didn't have enough proof to convict.
We all know he had a strange obsession with children. He also had a weird obsession with Peter Pan and never growing up(neverland ranch, amusement park and zoo on his land). Did any of you see that documentary where they really showed how crazy he was? The man had an oil painting of himself as peter pan with nude cherubs(baby angels) all around him.
I'm not usually one to speak ill of the dead but people need to face the facts. MJ was a disturbed person and he needed mental help. Sure he was great in the 80s but after that he lost his damn mind and became the most insane people on earth.
It's also worth noting that the negative documentary isn't available on youtube but the other version that shows him in a good light is. Hurray for censorship.

my thoughts on this matter, spoken to sez on the thread for moonwalker.

i will also say the events surrounding his death and the media coverage of it is an example of one of the few things i do dislike about my country...the sensationalization of news that is not sensational.

Re: Michael Jackson rushed to hospital
I really hate all the people acting like MJ was a saint. I was looking through Youtube and people were literally calling him divine and an earth born angel. Give me a break, if he's divine then the rest of us must be going to hell.

No!
Im just saying that I hope he is remembered for his songs insted of rape charges.
Tupac got put in jail for a sexual offence not long before he died, he actully got found guilty, and noone really goes on about that, the subject rarely comes up.
But he is not remembered for that, he is remembered for amazing lyrics.
I hope the same for Jacko, Exept Jacko was a bigger artist than tupac.
MJ was a bigger star than most - record sales confirm that.
All I am trying to say is let the man R.I.P
its not like he could when he was on this earth.

Re: Michael Jackson rushed to hospital
actually, i would contend that tupac is remembered for getting shot/feud with biggie, and not his music.

Over here, there aint no way of getting off like that, then again we get a lot less years than you guys do.
@ Justin - Im not obbsessed with Jacko, Im just very saddened by his death.

That's because 2pac was completely innocent, and MJ is still debatable.

I agree but I think both will be remembered for thier music. Tupac isn't as famous as MJ but among rap fans he's still a huge star who died far too young. Imo Tupac was more tragic, MJ was on a downward spiral anyways.
