No, you spelled all three correctly.
I am way done with this game...lol. 4,000 coming your way.
What would you ballpark as the percentage of NES games that you've played? 90%? 95%? Higher?

Re: Stump Tenser
how is it breaking the rules i need 3 out of 4 the forth was just a bonus on it if you knew them all.. so what was the issue with the question?? if it was the what they represented part of the question and part of the character they were in the game.. all i was asking there was for the complete name of the fiends and what they represented is part of their name was just clarifying what i was needing out of the question
so how about if i ask it this way then..For 250 points name 3 out of 4 of the 4 fiends in final fantasy 1..
thats it then,
hope that works ;D

No ballpark necessary. I have played every single official NES game released in North America. Yes this includes the ones not on this site.[br] Posted on: September 01, 2008, 01:29:29 AM_________________________________________________

OK, Tenser. Most people are asking you crazy questions, this one's pretty easy.
For 500 points, what is the name of the lead character in Burgertime?

Wasn't it Chef Pepper?

That's fine. Just to clarify, you wish to know how many NES games featured Simpson characters in main roles, correct?
I mean, an obscure reference would not constitute being "based" on the Simpsons, correct?
If both statements above are correct, the answer is three. If one or both are incorrect I might wish to modify my answer.[br] Posted on: September 01, 2008, 10:53:45 AM_________________________________________________A lso...

I'm trying to remember. I remember "I think its best if you move" or something of that comming up. There was a candle or a torch.
I'm sure you're going to want something specific. The best I can do is it has something to do with that message, sorry.

Nice try but when you include bosses, different gangs have different amounts of people. If you want me to not include bosses than your answer would be nine.
Fun Fact: All bad poker players have one thing in common, they all get invited to play often.
|
I wasn't counting bosses. I concede to your brilliance, Tenser. Not too many play River City Ransom, so I thought I could stump you. I knew my own knowledge was way to basic. All my points go to you.

Re: Stump Tenser
Correct. I sent the points. And I just remembered I think there is a second way to die in that room. If you dodge the worm then there will be a whole. You can fall in that whole. You will catch yourself with your staff and can try to swing out. If you don't do it quick enough then your rod breaks and you fall to your death.

There is a grammatical error in a sentence of the first version of Super Mario Bros. 3. What does the sentence containing the error state?

Re: Stump Tenser
tenser there is actually 4 games for the nes that are based on the simpsons the key to the clue that i gave you when you were looking for clarification was when i stated to you that i was looking for "how many games featured the simpsons 'characters' in main character roles" the bolded was a big hint on it... the games are The Simpsons: Bart vs. the Space Mutants, The Simpsons: Bart vs. the World, The Simpsons: Bartman meets Radioactive Man, and Krusty's Fun House. and yes the last won was based on The Simpsons....

Version as just the NES release and not either of the SNES ports or GBA port?
-or-
Version as the first run of the NES game but not in later runs of the NES game?
There was just one grammatical error? That one grammatical error was fixed in all later versions?[br] Posted on: September 02, 2008, 05:49:25 AM_________________________________________________

Re: Stump Tenser
It was in the first run NES game. The sentence was changed in later releases on the NES and other systems.
