Close enough Kong, lmao. Those online translators are things of evil buddy. Roughly translated it says Happy Birthday, more cared for.

The literal translation is Happy day of birth, more tended.

I never noticed this thread until today and what a coincidence, its my birthday. Another thing to note, there was some fantasy violence today if you call a cat fight at school fantasy violence.
