Exactly. Which means since I don't have a PS3 I'm not going to be able to enjoy all the features of a handheld I just paid $250 + Memory + Games for.

@DN: I don't think the PSP is that popular in Japan, I think it's more
popular in the US. But that's what I've heard.

I think it is more popular in Japan depending on how you look at it. The US is ahead in PSPs sold by a bit, but our population as a whole is much higher. So, the likelyhood of any given person in Japan having a PSP is higher.
If that makes any sense at all.

In ratio to population size it is a lot more popular. Also: Monster Hunter. There have been several Monster Hunter games on the PSP, and each release boosts sales significantly.

And that is why I will never pay for a game that I don't physically own. There are people with upwards of 20,000 dollars in digital games.

I better not visit the EA forums ever if they're this strict. If my wife lost access to Sims3 and Spore because I argued on a forum she might be a little pissed off.
