As for Mr. Do, my first thought when I saw the high score screenshot was that it was too bad that you were not able to snag that egg bonus. You were -so- close. That would have been a nice bump.

There is a ton of great user content there. Overall, the site certainly has far more pros than cons.

I don't remember exactly how I found Retrouprising (thinking it was Facebook), but I'm glad I did. Missed playing those old Atari, Nintendo and Flash games, but now it's hard to stop

I searched for it on google and tried it first and then registered to become a member of this vintage gaming community. Speaking of which, I have become a part of RU for 1 year and counting. This site is awesome and I'm always going to do my best.

I can't really remember how I found this website because it was so long ago (I am RU member since 2014). I think I was searching for some nes games on YT and I found a video with some mustache guy with a baseball cap recommending RU. So bizzare.

I found Retro Uprising from doing a series of searches. It all started out trying to get a version of the TMNT arcade game. I owned it for the Xbox and saw that I could get it for PC too. However, my laptop does not have a cd drive and trying to find a way to get around that was a pain. Finally, with all of my research almost exhausted, I realized I could spend $20 on the game, and another $40 for a so so external cd rom drive. And then it wasn't guaranteed to work on Windows 10. Annoyed, frustrated and really grouchy, I did a few more searches to see if I could play it online. And that is when Retro Uprising got my attention.

I have googled a few gaming sites before I joined Retro Uprising. Game Oldies' servers were a bit slow, and others are limited to just one or two systems. Then I found Retro Uprising and joined its community and I absolutely loved it! I have been a member of RU for almost two years and will continue to be part of it for years to come. And I'll pass it on to a new generation of vintage gamers. In case you missed it, this is a revised edition of a past post on how I found it.

Always glad to have loyal gamers! It may be a little old and rusty, but I think it's the best site out there by far.
