You there Wolf? Retro Uprising - Arcade - Top Roller is definitely broken. There are invisible obstacles that kill you and doesn't allow for a fair game. This should get a new game.

Its an issue with the emulation itself. I believe older versions of MAME played the game fine

Sorry Internet at home went out last night and I have missed all of this discussion. If we switch the game that doesn't leave a lot of time to post a score and if my internet isn't back up tonight it leaves me no time personally to post any scores for Thexder or another game.

The only options I see as being fair are:

a) Have Thexder be the only game this round for this match up to compare scores on.

b) Leave Top Roller in as it is equally unfair to all players. I personally have learned how to get around the invisible obstacles when I learn where they come up on the track.

Just wanna suggest that maybe we should choose 2 games that have more similar scores to them, for example we had Bubble Booble which has a high score at 800k, and Double Dragon witch had a high score of 20k. It was essentially a waste to play DD because another game a BB could easily yield 10 times the points in DD. Not a big issue and I don't really care, just wanted to put it out there for feedback.

I thought that there was a ratio system in place. Does it really just go by physical score?

yeah scores should be similar or multiplied. Out first round, the one game was practically useless due to score.

Sorry, didn't get much in for this round, been a bit upset with things going on in real life. Should be better for future rounds.

You guys were up by ~6,000 points at around 9pm EST until I finally got better scores on both games to take the lead.

I didn't like those games either, but luckily Morshu dominated at Bomb Jack to make up for both your guys scores in Teddy Boy.

Late yesterday I figured out the trick to scoring in Teddy Boy and managed a decent score which put us over the top.

Nice playing.

I also find it kind of amusing that my team has been given one coin-op and one nintendo game each round so far.
