Gotta go with Castlevania. III was the only one that I really was fond of (as far as Castlevania goes), and while I have great respect for Metroid, I'm not personally attached to it.

Metroid had cool bosses, great secrets, awesome power-ups, amazing music, and was a huge game for the time.

The Kirby, Castlevania, and Metroid series are some of my favorite series, I had to go with Metroid though.

Dont Care.......my personal opinion says that Guardian Legend is, by far, the best NES game ever.....EVER (Maybe even the best video game ever......sorry 'Link to the Past'[which took many aspects from Guardian Legend.....I dont care if the first Zelda came out before G.L., G.L. perfected what the original Zelda could not, G.L. was revolutionary])

Kirbys Adventure.....by the way hahaha (Super Metroid maybe but not Metroid{even though Super Metroid wouldnt have been so great without the first ones story})

I'll go for Castlevania III. I love playing Castlevania III. Even my four favorite characters in that game are:
Trevor Belmont
Sypha Belnades
Grant Danasty
and Alucard .

Yeah this one was a no brainer for me. Metroid FTW.
