Anyone ever have those moments in games where you think you are going to die or mess up horribly, but somehow end up pulling it off? This is a thread for those kind of stories.
While I was playing New Vegas, I went into Vault 11. At the end of the vault, I heard

a voice telling me to sit in a chair and watch some slideshow. At the end of the slideshow, the walls opened and 15 robots started shooting at me, while i was still sitting down. (scared the hell out of me by the way.) I was on Hardcore Mode so I couldn't heal all at once. Somehow, by hiding behind a door (that the enemies could open) and spamming healing items, I somehow lived.
