Text Adventure - Ruins 2

OK, so I'm back, and so I will try to start this again. For those who aren't familiar with this process, I will state the description of the game, and the posters below me will state what to do next. I am making the game up as I go along. While this may seem like the game will be poorly thought-out, it also means that there is no specific script that will be followed, unlike traditional text adventure games. If you don't know what's going on, refer to the previous Text Adventure - Ruins game to see where it all started from. OK, so here we go.

You are standing in a dilapidated train car, next to some sort of mutant. After asking the doctor who present with you, he tells you that the monster appears to have at least some human DNA. Also, there is a profound amount of radiation in its blood; most likely from exposure to some chemical. An experimental antibody may be able to reverse its condition, but it's not present at the hospital. Rather, that antibody is at the pharmacy, which is at least 10 blocks away. It doesn't seem very safe to be out right now; it's about 10:40 AM. What do you do?
