I believe that is one that has some hardcore bugs or graphical problems, and has been removed. I also believe that there is nothing that can be done to make it work.

Correct. You can not climb stairs in the game because of a bug so it is not here.

Not to tell anyone to upload the game here because it's impossible for the moment, its just a comment but Castlevania III is a classic for the series and action games in general.
