Have you seen this before? I stumbled on it by watching random star trek clips and I was shocked that I hadn't seen it before. (Yeah I realize how lame that sounds, don't judge me).

I thought the first clip was the best. I liked the part about Whoopi too.

The second one was fun, but it's an old running TNG joke that I have heard before.

Thanks DB, I think TNG beats the original(I still love the original though!) and those were great videos. You guys have to see these though.

@DN- The first one was funny and kind of disturbing. The second one I'd seen before but it's always amusing. The third one was well edited and creative, was that Picard from sesame street?

I watched the star trek joke with my brother and sis. my brother was laughing so hard and my sis was saying she didn't get it. He then explained it to us and it became funny.

Lol, the comic relief one felt more like 9 minutes then 2 minutes.
The star trek joke was pretty funny, once I knew what was going on.

My favorite ST series is the original Star Trek or TOS. After that it would probably be DS9/TNG, then Enterprise, then Voyager. I like all of the shows, but not to the same extent.

I really like TNG, but to me the characters never had the same chemistry that the original crew did (especially in the movies). The TNG characters felt more like co-workers than friends (with a couple of exceptions). I still enjoy TNG, though and freely admit that some of the best Trek episodes in the franchise were in TNG.

I agree but consider the fact that TNG was the first new series since the original, and they were charting new terrritory, seeking out new ratings and franchises, and boldly applying latex where no latex was applied before.....

The reason I like ST TNG so much is because it portrays many different races (and species) working together for the benefit of all.
Maybe it's the Bliss Ninny in me, but I like to dream that we really could all get along...
once the finance oligarchs are all gone.

Their society had evolved past the need for monetary gain, which is what united humanity and made galactic exploration possible. (along with Zefrom Cochrine's warp engine design, that is.)
