This is a continuation of the contest from onVGP.

The Moai Kun Walkthrough Contest

The goal of this contest is to work together to create a walkthrough for the over looked but very fun NES puzzle game, Moai Kun.

To participate post all of the following for a stage of your choice.
1) The stage name.
2) Attach an animated movie demonstrating how to beat the stage.
3) A text description of how to beat the stage.
4) The password to the stage.

The contest is over when a walkthrough for every stage has been submitted.

How to create and attach an animated movie.
1) Start the game.
2) Press Escape.
3) Open Settings Menu.
4) Open Configure Movie Recording.
5) Change Frames/Sec to 15fps.
6) Press Escape three times to exit all menus.
7) Get to the beginning of the level that you want to record.
Press F8 to begin recording.
9) Beat the stage.
10) Press F8 to end recording.
11) Click More in the main menu at top of page > My Screen Shots.
12) Find the movie you just created and right click it.
13) Click properties and copy the location of the image.
14) In your post paste the location of the image and wrap image tags around it like this [img]url[/img]

Each stage of the game will have two winners.
1) The first person to submit all the required info for a stage.
2) The best submission for a stage. This will be determined at the end of the contest by me. This means if someone already submited a stage description but you think you can write a better one then go ahead. If I like it I will pick yours and it will go in the completed walkthrough.

Each winner will receive 10 points times the stage number. So stage 10 is worth 100 points to both the first person to post a walkthrough and to the person that submits the best walkthrough. One person can win both ways.

There are 56 stages so that is a total of 31,920 points to be won.

Your name will appear in the credits of the final Moai Kun walkthrough.

Whoever gets the most points will also receive a Moai Kun badge.

Stage 04. “Da Bomb”

This level is the first one with munitions, A few little tricks on you’ll be on your way.

1.Grab the bomb, jump on the rock and then up on the metal block.
2.Blow-up the block next to the metal block with the bomb.
3.Drop down the hole you just made, and headbutt the block between you and the rock. That’s right nothing comes between you and your rock.
4.Push the rock over 1 space.
5.Head butt the block on the left side of the screen, you can now walk over to the right side of the screen, fun.
6.Make sure that the bad guys are between you and your little friend, then headbutt the rock towards them, thus killing them. If you miss you can just headbutt him when you get to him.
7.Jump over the rock and collect your friend.
8.Headbutt the rock back across the screen.
9.Use the rock to climb up on the block staircase, climb the staircase and jump across and collect your friend.
10.Head back down about half way the staircase, and jump across to the platform with the column stones and spikes.
11.Headbutt one of the column stones, then jump up on the remaining one, then jump on to the 3 blocks that make a stairway to the platform with the door. Clear a path by headbutting all the column stones that are in your way.
12.Jump up to the platform with the door.
13.Go across and collect your friend, then jump back up to the door.

***I had to change the frame per sec on this one*** Also to speed up dying just press select and then press start, repeat, you won't have to watch your halo'd self fly away each time.

Work back and forth on this level, and make sure you don’t dig yourself in so far you can’t get to the other side. Watch for enemies to reappear as well.

1.Go to your left bash the block: Leave the knight above you alone. Fall down and save your buddy.
2.Bash the block to your right allowing you to fall down 1 level and smack the knight away. Wait until he turns around to drop down.
3.Before you head down and save you 2 buddies that are together below you, jump up and bash the 5 bricks on the level that you started on.
4.Drop down and kill the knight on the other side, the same way you killed the first.
5.Jump up and smash the brick allowing you to save your buddy on the right side of the careen.
6.Go back to the middle of the screen and save the two buddies that are together. Bash the 2 blocks that are above them while you're at it.
7.Jump up a level and bash the 3 blocks between you and your next friend, you should be able to fall in and save him. Do the same thing for the guy on the right.
8.*Make sure you leave yourself a way to get back and forth here* You’ll need to take out the 4 blocks on your left that are on the same level you are. Then smash the block right above your buddy, fall in and save him. You should be able to hop across the gap to make it to the left side of the screen.
9.Work your way back to the hole where your buddy on the far left was at, then only smash the 1 block that allows you to fall down a level, then smash the block right above your buddy, then fall down and grab him. This way if the knight reappears he won’t fall down and mess up your plans of not dieing.
10.Bash the block above the knight, fall in and show him what happened to his friends, a stern headbutt!
11.You should be right above the door now, with 2 buddies on the ground floor and a sword-spitter walking back and forth. Wait until he turns his back, drop down and bonk him one.
12.Collect your 2 friends on the ground floor, and head through the door!Attachment 21

Easy level that should not require you to use the walkthrough, just remember to work back and forth across the screen and not to go too far down and leave yourself trapped and unable to get back up to collect all your buddies.
1.You start out underground, go left smash the block, fall down, again smash the block to your left, and collect your buddy.
2.Jump back up to your starting point, smash the block between you and your buddy to the right, collect him and smash the 2 blocks between you and your buddy to the right.
3.Bash the block between you and the sword-spitter. When he turns his back to you fall down and smack him away.
4.Bash the block between you and your buddy against the right wall. Collect him.
5.Bash the block between you and your buddy below you, collect him and continue back towards the left. Keep jumping and bashing blocks until you end on the left side of the screen, until you collect your buddy standing on a little piece of earth.
6.Now bash the blocks until you get down to your buddy next to the lower sword-spitter. Leave your buddy who is to the lower right for now, we’ll get him later. If you drop down to get him you may not be able to get back up to save your remaining friends.
7.Now kill the spitter as did the one above, once his back is turned, sure it may seem dirty but well he spits swords so don’t feel too badly. Collect your 2 buddies to the right.
8.Now bash your way to the bottom, collect your remaining buddies and head out the door.

Stage 12

This is the first level where you really need to watch how you break blocks and handle the way you move boulders around. Most problems arise from the 2 boulders in the middle of the level.
1.Go forward and collect your first buddy. Bash your way forward to the left until you can fall down a level.
2.Grab your next buddy. Start smashing your way to the right. When you get the block under the two boulders stop.
3.Ok, now we have to deal with the 2 boulders. The problem is getting them out of the way without trapping the buddy to the right, or having them fall and block our way out of the level. So to start with leave them alone, fall down and collect your buddy, the one right below you. Bash the block to your right, which is under the block holding the 2 boulders. Go forward to the right, and while you are standing on the metal pillar bash away the block to the right. Now you need to break another block to your right, so jump and bash it. If you mess that up and fall down to the opening below you, you should be able to bash the second highest block, and then jump and turn back to the right and bash the block you were aiming for. Anyway some how end up with a staircase running up to the right. This will make an opening that you will use later.
4.Ok, good, now you are set to complete the level. Jump back up to the left, to the top of the metal pillar. You have to use the block on the metal floor to do so. Once you are up there bash the block holding the boulders, allowing them to fall down. This will leave a small opening you can jump through later.
5.Now bash your way to the left and collect your buddy to the far left.
6.Collect him and bash your way to the right until you can fall down to the lower area with the trampoline. You will have to clear all the blocks here, even the one to the lower left of the boulders, so do so as you fall down, or take care of it with a jump from the trampoline.
7.Collect your buddy in the lower left area. Now hop on the trampoline. You will bounce pretty high, but if you press jump while it is compressed you will shoot really high. Note that if you fall to the ground while jumping high you will be stunned for a moment. You should be able to jump up to the opening above the boulders.
8.Now collect your buddy to the right, bash your way to the opening you made earlier, and then bash your way to the opening to the right. Fall down you your last buddy and the door.

Stage 13

This stage is quite easy.
1) You'll start off near the door.
2) Go right and jump so that you only knock down one of the falling platforms. If you knock 2 platforms off in one set, the restart the level.
3) Keep doing Step 2 until you come to the enemy. Kill him and do step 2 again and get your buddy.
4) After that, Jump back to the door using the platforms that have NOT fallen.
5) When you get to the beginning, just exit the level.

Stage 14:

Its a bit hard
1)Jump right onto the cloud and get your buddy and then jump back to the starting cloud.
2)Jump left this time and get another person.
3)Go right and you should fall onto a cloud. Kill the baddies and another guy.
4) Go left and you should fall on to a cloud. this part is tricky... Jump on the silver platform and then quickly jump onto the cloud on the right.
5) Kill another baddie, Get a guy and then stand next to the silver platform.
6) Wait until the baddie below you gets under the silver platform and then run onto it to move the platform down and kill the baddie.
7) Go left and you will fall on a cloud again and get the person.
Move right doing Jumps on the platforms and between the clouds and you should reach the door / exit

I say medium difficulty
1) Firstly, get on the boulder closest to you on the right and jump to the cloud above ( i failed once).
2) Go back down and grab a person and then jump down below.
3) Get another person and go right to enter the other side of the screen.
4) Jump and get the guy and then walk off the cloud and while in mid-air try to get on the boulder.
5) You survived stage 15!!! Go through the door to exit

Stage 16: Jumping on Rocks.

This level is difficult.
1) Stand on the first boulder on the right abd then jump to the cloud above you on the right.
2) Fall down to the cloud below and headbutt the boulder from the right so it will go left and fall sown onto a cloud.
3) Jump left back onto the cloud on the left and is above you.
4) Stand on the boulder and jump to the cloud on the right again but this time hit the boulder from the right so it will move right and fall down.
5) Fall off the cloud onto the cloud where the boulder is and jump on to the boulder and jump right to get a person.
6) Jump back onto the cloud and headbutt the boulder from the right so it will move left and fall on top of a boulder.
7) Then jump left at the edge to reach the cloud again and headbutt the boulder from the right to make it go left and fall.
CAREFULLY Go Left and fall onto the cloud where you just placed your boulder.
9) Get a person and jump onto the boulder.
10) THIS PART IS DIFFICULT. Jump right on to a cloud but you need to time your jump carefully. You have jump when you are on the very edge of the boulder.If you fail then you have to do the whole level again.
11) Get the person and jump over the boulder on the right and get onto the cloud below
12) Don't move any boulders yet. Grab your buddy and then push the boulder on your right right ( looks funky )
13) Jump onto the boulders and go up like some stairs until you reach the top.
14) After you reach the top, Walk left so that your on the right of the boulder.
15) Move the boulder right only once. AND I SAY ONLY ONCE .
16) Jump onto the boulder that you moved and jump again to reach the cloud in the middle of the screen.
17) Walk off the right of the cloud and you should end up at the door.
Lots of info there, 17 steps!!!

Stage 17: a change in sense.

This level changes scene.
1)Jump onto the boulder and then jump right. Grab the person.
2) Grab the bomb and then headbutt the boluder from the right so it moves left and falls.
3) Get onto the boulder again and then jump right getting a person.
4)Go left so that you end up on the right of the screen and then collect your buddy.
5)Go back right and place a bomb above that person on the green ground. During this, you can move the boulder right once but it doesn't matter.
6) when the bomb explodes go down and collect a person.
7) Now carefully headbutt the rocks so that you make the boulder fall onto the spikes/ metal ground.
Fall down and don't touch the spikes. Headbutt the boulder from the left so it is next to the rock.
9) Grab the person then hit the rock on the left. Then headbutt the boulder.
10) The boulder should be at the right of the screen near the rock
OPTIONAL: break the rock on the right
11) Get onto the boulder and get onto the metal floor on the right.
12) Walk right and you should be at the exit.

Stage 18: Bombs for free.

Quite hard if you don't know how to play with bombs :mrgreen:
1)Grab all the bombs here and then place the bomb right of the boulder( can be placed anywhere.)
2)Be careful, Defeat the two enemies that are fast.
3)After that, move the boulder NOT HEADBUTT IT on top of the guy on the far right.
4)Place a bomb next to the boulder on the right but don't go through the hole. Go right.
5) Place a bomb on top of the metal blue thing and then proceed right. Beware of any enemies coming alive. You should push the boulder in the hole.
6) Jump on the boulder and knock the rock off. This will prevent an enemy hurting you.
7)Grab a guy and carefully jump to the blue metal thing (should've blown block on top).
ALL the bad guys reappear so take your time.
9) go down the steps and get a guy, then climb back up.
10) Then bomb the right of the two rocks each other in downwards form.
11) BOMB
12) Go down get guy and get back to place on boulder.
13 Go to exit.

Stage 19: Use all rocks.

Level is easy to make mistakes (watch my movie).
1)Get all bombs on the platform.
2) headbutt all boulders from the right starting with the left one , then middle one then right one.
3)go right and jump on platform. move boulder left twice, then jump onto it.
4) Jump right onto platform , get buddy, get all bombs.
5) go down one platform, then bomb next to right of boulder.
6) Go back on platform on top, headbutt left boulder from right. Should fall on spikes.
7)Knock all other boulders right, starting from right. 2 boulders should be stacked in the beginning platform.
Headbutt both boulders from left so they go right. Then go left, jump on rock and CAREFULLY jump over gap. Try to get on boulder.
9) headbutt boulder from right once and should fall.
10) Fall down to recently touched boulder, get guy.
11) Jump to blue metal block on right and smack rock.
12) get on boulders, break another rock.
13) Jump onto recently fallen boulders and grab guy.
14) go back left onto far left blue metal platform.
15) Jump right and you should be at door. Must keep pressing right.

Stage 20: Getting the rock to the end.

1) Get the bomb and go to the rocks.
2) bomb the middle rock.
3) headbutt boulder so it falls down.(can headbutt any way)
4) Hit rock on right, get bomb, get guys, kill enemies and bomb middle of rocks again. then headbutt the boulder any way.
5) Repeat 4 but this hit rock on left.
6) Repeat 5
7) Basically repeat 4 but instead, bomb the far left block at end.
headbutt boulder and should fall down. Make guy fall down too.
9) Go through exit by walking right.

2)Go right and bomb the rock above the guy (2 from the left.)
3)Fall down through hole and bomb in same place again.

5) get on springs and hit the ice at the middle left (2 pieces and where guy is).
6) Should be back at springs. Go left and jump over one platform and QUICKLY hit ice and go left.
7) Get guy and go back right by jumping.
Go right to exit.




Stage22: Springy ice skating.

1) You start off skating left and should get 2 bombs.
2) Bomb on rock (not ice) when finish skating.
3) Get guy.
4) Go on springs to get guys.
5) Go to exit.



Stage 23:THE ANNOYING ICE RINK:mad:

Get bombs to help you complete this level. Use them anywhere where you think it is good to.

1) MAD SKATING, Get all bombs by jumping and skating.
2) Fall in one of the pits that you can't get out (unless You jump) and hit the ice that is near the buddy.
3)Jump back onto the high platform and do the same on the opposite side.
4)Now hit right if you are at left and left if from right. Should reach to two guys soon.
5)Keep hitting the same direction until you get another guy.
6) Jump back after you got him and do the same on the other guy at the opposite.
7) If you have a bomb let fire and you should be at exit. If don't then keep hitting left if from right and hit right if from left until you fall down to exit.
Skate to exit and you completed an annoying level.

Stage 24:Bouncy Bouncy Ice

1)Get all bombs first by skating.
2) Bomb the ice above the spring then bomb during the same skate right of door twice and again at the far end above the spring.
IF you are one block off where I recommended to put the bomb, the level is still completable but 2... its impossible kinda
3)Should all and get dizzy. Jump on spring and skate on bottom platform with guys.
4) Get on spring on right and jump so that you go through hole and back at beginning platform. Must be turning left before skating.
5)Should fall over a hole and get buddies.
6) Get on the left spring and jump through hole facing left.
7) should skate to ext.

Stage 25: Rocky waterfall.

1)Jump left to get the bomb first, then drop down some more to the left to get
the first friend.
2) Climb back to the starting point.
3)Jump on the Screw and immediately jump to the right. Now break the yellow block underneath the rock, making the rock fall down.
4) Drop down too and collect the friend.
5) Now, destroy all those bricks and headbutt the boulder into the hole.
6) Jump to the left on the rock and collect the friend there.
7)Jump to the left and break the first block you see.
To your left are two blocks on top of each other. Jump and break the highest block.
9) Then jump and collect the friend.
10) Face right now, and jump and break the block closest to
you.
11) Now you're free to jump and collect the final friend.
12) Drop down, break the last block on the ground on drop into the door.



Stage 26: Making Paths in waterfalls.

1)First push the rock next to you to the right.
2)Drop down to the left and push the same rock to the right, again.
3) Jump to the right and collect the friend.
Go right again but if the enemy is coming closer, don't. Then headbutt the boulder (If you are fast, you can kill the enemy.)
4) Jump on the platform to the right. Push the rock down and then drop down
yourself.
5)Push the rock to the left, making it drop down again. Jump to the
right and collect the friend.
6)You can ignore the M7,8 block if you want, but you can also hit it to cause the enemy to drop down.
Just make sure the enemy isn't at the far left end of his platform, when you hit it, as he then will
fall into an annoying spot you have to pass.
7) Drop down to the left two times, collect the friend at the right and push the rock one space to the left.
Jump on the rock, jump to the left and jump on the other rock to the left.
9) Then jump to the left one more time to reach the door.


Stage 27:Placing rocks and bombs.

This is a pretty tricky stage, because you'll need to drop the rocks in the
right position. The enemies can be annoying here too. Four bombs, four
enemies and four friends to be found here.

1)The first thing to do is collect the four bombs on the platform you're on.
2)Now bomb one of the four yellow blocks on the right, more specifically the
one most to the left.
3) Don't drop down, but push down two rocks through the new gap.
4)Now bomb the block right of the one you just bombed, and push the
remaining rock down, creating some kind of small stairs.
5)Now walk to the right, go out of the screen and appear on the left side.
6)Bomb the middle yellow block you see, and push all three rocks through the
gap.
7) Drop down here, then get your friend.
Then jump right and get everyone here.
9) Drop down at the right on the two rocks, defeat the enemy and take the last friend.
10) Now simply climb back up the rock stairs and jump to the right to find the door ( Watch out for enemy.)


Stage 28: Hard configuration with waterfalls.

1)Push down the rock next to you (push it to the left), then keep jumping to
the right to collect the two bombs on the left side of the screen.
2)Walk back and bomb the yellow block right of the exit door. Go right to pick up the bomb.
3)Go left, bomb the block next to the rock and drop down.
4)Push the rock to the left until it drops down, then go back to the right to pick up the two bombs.
5) Now drop down to the right and collect the friend.
6) Jump to the right to collect another friend, then jump to the right again.
7)Jump on the rock, then keep jumping and headbutting to destry all three stones.
Jump and collect the friend. Now drop down to the right twice, then jump to the right and collect the last friend.
9)Go back left via the rock and push the next rock you encounter one space to
the left.
10) Jump on that same rock and jump to the right on the small platform
(this jump is a bit tricky; stand on the edge of the rock before jumping).
11) Now jump to the left, then jump left again to get on the big yellow platform.
Keep following it until the gap.
12) Face right, jump and break the yellow block which you can't see because it is on the left side of the screen.
13) A rock will drop down, so jump on it.
14) Break the yellow block to the right, then drop down and push the rock one space to the left.
15) Jump on it, then jump left to finally get to the well-deserved exit.

1)Go left and defeat the incoming Mask.
2)Drop down on the first blue block.

5)Break the block to your right and get the friend.
6)Now move to the left and appear on the right side of the screen.
7) Jump and headbutt the block to the left, then jump on the block.
Again, jump and headbutt the block, but watch out for the enemy in it.
9) Take care of that enemy, then jump to where it was and keep going left killing all the enemies in your way (destroy all blocks on that row).
10)Move to the right a bit and bomb the block above the remaining friend who is
the most to the right.
11) Drop down to collect it and break the block to the left, collecting the last one.
12)Move to the right until you can't anymore, then jump and break the block.
13) Jump on the block, then jump to the left.
14) Jump on the cloudy platform.
15) Jump and break the block to the right (not the lowest, but the one on top of that).
16)Jump to the right once more, collecting the bomb.
17)Jump and break the block once more, then jump to the right to get to the door.

7)Get onto the rock and break the block on right.
Move to the left, look out for the enemy, and bomb the block next to the
block directly above the right friend.
9) Drop down, get your friend and drop to the left to get the next friend.
10) Jump on the rock and jump to the left to get the last friend.
11)Use the rock to jump to the right, jump across the gap and get up the next rock.
12) Jump to the right, then to the left to get to the exit

5) Move a bit to the left, jump and break the block which has a rock on it.
6) Push that rock to the right until it drops down.
7) Drop down there yourself and bomb the left block.
Break the remaining two blocks and push (do not headbutt it!) the rock you see one space to the right.
9) Bomb the block above the friend and drop down, collecting him.
10) Move to the right and use the rocks to climb back up and jump to the left.
11) Push the rock blocking your way in the gap and go left.
12) Use the next rock to climb further up and move to the left.
13) Use the next rock to collect the two bombs and the friend, then push the rock left of you of the edge.
14) Drop down yourself and bomb the

4) Now push that same rock to the right, making it drop down there. Drop down
yourself too.
5) Headbutt the right rock. Jump back on the large platform via the rock on the left and move to the left, appearing on the right side of the screen.
6) Push the left rock down, follow it down and push it to the right,
making it drop on top of the other rock.
7) Use the rock on the left to jump back again, then push the left rock one
space to the right.
Jump on the rock and jump to the right to get on the
platform.
9) Push the rock on that platform to the right so it drops down and
drop down too.
10) Push rock to the left, making it drop down. Drop down and push
it over the edge (the right side).
11) Now use the rock again to jump back up.
12) Move to the left and appear on the right side of the screen. Push the rock
there down to the left and drop down after it.
13) Headbutt it to the right. Drop down to the right, then jump to the right to collect the last friend.

2) Headbutt the rock closet to you from the right and stand on it.
3) Break the left block and bomb the middle of the three blocks.
4) Go back up and bomb the most left blue block.
5) Jump and break the block right of you and headbutt the rock on your right.
6) It should drop down so stand on it and break the blocks left and right of you and headbutt the rock you are standing on from the right.
7) Go left and bomb the middle of the three blocks.
Get back on the top using the rocks and headbutt the most left rock from the right.
9) Headbutt it from the left then again from the right. It should drop down through a hole.
10) Repeat the procedure. There should be a pile of two blocks.
11) Stand on the two blocks and break the block right of you.
12) Go back up and repeat the procedure but this time, it should drop down and make some stairs.
13) Collect all the bombs and bomb the middle of the 3 blocks.
14) Headbutt the nearest rock from the left and get on it.
15) Break the block right of you and headbutt the nearest rock from the left.
16) Bomb the most leftest block and headbutt the last boulder in there.
17) Get on it and headbutt the rock on the right.
1 You should have access to your friend and jump to the exit using the rocks.
19) Bomb the blue block and you should be at the exit.

down at the left to get the last friend. Break all the stones on your right,
then bomb the stone next to the rock (you're probably standing on it right
now). Push the rock until it falls down, then move to the right, jump, and
break the yellow block. Keep moving to the right and jumping until you get to
the rock. Jump via the rock to the right, then jump to the left. Keep moving
to the left. Once you've reached the most left yellow block, jump on it, then
jump a few times to the right to finish this easy stage.

block one space away and bomb the block that was underneath it. Push two rock
into that gap. Bomb the block two spaces right of the new gap (between the
two friends on the left of the big row). Push the remaining rock in and go to
the right (where you started). See the row of Screws filled with friends?
Quickly jump from Screw to Screw and end up at the two friend at the left (on
the Iron blocks). There are three friends left, so jump to the right, stand
on the rock and jump to the next rock. Now jump to the right and quickly jump
from Screw to Screw again to pick up the friends and end up at the exit.

Mask too, then turn around and headbutt him into oblivion. Break the three

to the right and drop down to the right. Break the block above the patrolling
Helmet (next to the one above the friend), drop down and headbutt the
patrolling Helmet and take the friend. Break the three blocks left of you and
take the two friends. Break another three blocks to the left and collect the
fallen friend. Jump and defeat the Helmet, then turn around, jump and break
the block to the right. Jump and break the block underneath your friend, take
the friend and move back to the right. Use the yellow blocks there to make
your way to the exit. You can't jump across the gap before the exit yet, so
break the two yellow blocks above (with the Mask on it) to be able to make
the jump.

First, drop down three times to get the three bombs, then jump to the left to
get the three bombs there. Go to the two rocks and defeat the Helmet. Bomb the
block at the far right (above the most right bomb). You'll drop down, so get
the three bombs. Break the block at the left. Break the block underneath the
right rock and the one to the right of that block. Stand on the dropped down
rock in front of you and break the block to the left. Now finally drop down
and defeat the Spikey. Move to the right and appear on the left side of the
screen. Break the block underneath the friend and collect him. Break the block
to your right and push the rock you see one space to the right. Jump on the
rock and jump to the rock to your right. Now jump to the left and if you need to, destroy the helmet again.

Keep jumping to the left until you reach the end of the screen. Bomb the block
above the left friend and drop down to collect him. Now bomb another block
(doesn't matter which) and drop down again. Keep dropping down to the right
until you reach the floor. Make your way back up via the two rocks you see.
Now jump up to the right and bomb the block above th last remaining friend.
Drop down and get him, then jump and break the other block to get out of there
again. Jump to the left and break the block right of the door. Jump again to
the left to get to the exit.

Stage 42: Breaking Stones!!

Drop down to the left, get all the bombs and break the stone under the door to
get your first friend. Move left and break all three stones right of the
friend in front of you. Take the friend and smash two stones to the left. Jump
on the remaining stone, jump to the right and headbutt the rock, making it
drop down. Now push the rock three spaces to the right. Break that remaining
stone to the left, then bomb the most left stone. Then bomb again after you've
dropped down. Drop to the left to get a friend, then turn around and break
those 7 stones. Take the friend and break two stones to the right. Jump on the
stone and break one more stone to the right. You've now created a nice little
stairs! Moce to the left and bomb the first stone you come across (the third
stone from the left). Drop down and bomb again. Turn around and break a stone,
then turn around and take a friend. Now keep moving to the right and
headbutting, and you should get two more friends after a while. Move back to
the left, jump to the left twice and jump to the right to get up a platform.
Now use the stairs you created out of stones to jump back to the door and to
exit the stage.

Move to the left to get your first friend. Jump over the stone to get a bomb,
then jump to the left to get one more friend and a bomb. Break (don't bomb it)
the pink block that was underneath the bomb you just picked up. Drop down and
get the next bomb. Jump back to the right on the green block. Jump to the
right and headbutt the stone to the left. Move to the right and break all the
stones you can (that would be two). Break the pink block, drop down and break
another stone. Now bomb a stone, then drop down to get another bomb. Break two stones on the left and bomb the most left stone, making it a little stair

Jump Back up to the pink platforms and go on the bottom one. Bomb the pink block that is under the rock and break the pink block so that the rock falls through the hole. Jump to the right and in mid-air, break the block. Headbutt the rock and bomb the block you are on. Quickly go right and jump and break the block the rock was on. Drop down onto a rock and get your friend by moving left. Use the rocks to go right and get your last friend (break the rock). Now drop down to reach the exit.

Jump on the remaining stone and jump to the left and break the highest pink block of the two. Get back on the stone and jump to the left to get a friend. Jump to the left to get another friend, then jump and break the pink floating block. Drop down to the right and get the friend while you're moving. Get on the stone again and jump and break the highest pink block of the two. Jump to the right and break the pink block in front of you. Bomb the pink block above the friend and drop down to get him. Break all the stones to the right except for one. Jump on that remaining stone and jump and break the pink block to the right (again, the highest). Break the pink block to the right and drop down to collect two more friends. Break five stones to the right, then jump on the remaining stone. Break two stones to the right and jump to the right to get another friend. Jump back on the stone, then jump to the left and jump on the floating pink block. Another tricky part here. Stand on the right edge of the pink block and jump up and break the pink block above you (this might take a few tries; make sure drop to the right after breaking it, or else you'll get crushed by four heavy stones!). Stand on the stone and jump to the left and break the pink block you stood upon recently. Break one of the four stones, then jump on the three remaining ones. Jump and break the pink block underneath the friend. Jump on the green block and get your last friend. Break the two stones to your left and stand on the rock. Jump to the left, jump on the rock there and jump up towards the green block. Then jump to the left to complete this stage.

From the start, jump on the Screw at your right and keep jumping to the right
until you reach the friend on the right cloud. Now drop down to the left on
the Screw, and when it falls, drop down to the right on the cloud with the
friend. You'll cry for a second, and when you get up, jump on the Screw to the
left and keep jumping to the left via the Screws. Now drop down on any side of
the cloud and move inwards towards the door while falling to complete this
stage.

left to get another bomb and a friend. Break the eight stones to your left.
Take the bomb and keep walking to the left for another bomb. Break the other
eight stones you see.

Bomb the gray block in the middle of the screen and drop down to take the
friend. Break two stones to the left and one on the right. Jump up via the
stones. Go right and bomb the first stone you see. Drop down and bomb another
stone, then drop down left to get a friend. Jump back on the stone and break
one stone to the right..Use the stones to get back up again and move right to
the other side of the screen. Bomb the most left stone and drop down. Break
the stone on your right, then move one space to the right and bomb the stone
beneath you. Drop down, get the friend and move back up. Now use the gray
blocks in the middle of the screen to get back to the pink door. Stage
completed!

to the left and take yet another friend and a bomb.

Jump to the right via the Screw and take the friend. Jump over the rock and
drop down. Take the friend and headbutt the rock to the left so it connects
with the other two there. Use those three rocks to jump to the cloudy platform
on the right, then jump on the pile of stones. Bomb the highest stone you see
(the one left of the door), then use another bomb on the same place. Break the
stone right of you and drop down the get the last friend. Break one stone to
your left. Now use your stairs of stones to climb up and go through the door
to exit this stage.

Break one stone to the left and go right to pick up a bomb and a friend. Use the rock stairs to the left to climb back up, then break the two stones you see left of the door. Now bomb any of the three stones below you, then drop down and break the other two. Now bomb the stone most right of you, next to the cloud. Jump back up and kick the right rock in there. Now drop down to the left, then go to the right until you reach the stones. Smash the two stones in front of you. Move one space to the right and break another three stones. Again, move forward and break three stones. Bomb the second stone you see and get the bomb and the friend. Now move to the left and use the stones there to climb up one platform. Again, move left and use the stone stairs to climb up to the highest platform. Push the right rock off the right edge. Drop down to the right. Push the rock into the gap. Go left and head butt the rock there to the right. Bomb the stone left of the two rocks, drop down and bomb again. Break the stone to your right, then head butt the rock right of you to the right, making it drop down. Jump on the rock, then jump left on the cloudy platform. Use the rock stairs to climb up to the highest platform. Push the rock there to the edge of the cloudy platform, but don't push it down. Jump on the rock and jump to the right, landing on the rock there (it's a big jump, but possible). Go past the door and drop down. Immediately turn left (while falling) to get the friend there. Jump to the right and land on the blue block right of the Spike Pit. Jump to the left on the rock. Break the blue block to your left. Now jump back on the rock, then jump from Screw to Screw and land on the blue block at the end. Collect the last two friends. Jump back on the rock via the blue block. Jump to the left on the cloudy platform, and jump to the left once more (via the rock there). Then use the rock stairs to get to the highest platform. Stand on the rock there and jump to the right. Land on the rock and jump to the right to finally complete this difficult stage!

Stage 50: Coming onto the Castle Grounds..

The first thing you should do is get all 14 bombs. I'll wait. Okay, now break
a block in the middle to get to the next four bombs (like the left one of the
four floating blocks). Climb to the left and break the highest block you see.
Go left one more space and bomb the most left block (next to the rock). Break
the block right of the block too, and headbutt the rock to the right. Drop
down to the right and break the block below the rock you just butted. Climb to
the right via that rock and break the highest rock on the right (above the
rock). Break the block left of the rock and bomb the block right of the rock.
Headbutt the rock to the left. Bomb the block right of the rock you just
pushed. Bomb the block left of that rock and go right instead off dropping
down. Headbutt the rock to the left, then bomb the block between the two
rocks. Headbutt the rock to the left again. You now have three rocks in a row.

Move to the left and break the two blocks in the air. Climb via the rocks to
the left and bomb the most left block. Drop down and bomb another block. Break
the two blocks to the right. Now move one space to the right and bomb the
block there. Drop down to the right and break the block you just stood on.
Stand on the block to your left, jump to the right and break the block under
the left rock (look out it doesn't crush you). Jump left and get your friend.
Bomb the block you're standing on and get your other friend. Jump and break
the most left block floating in the air. Move one space to the right and jump
and break another block. Jump on the block and break the block under the rock.
Push the rock on space to the right. Stand on the rock, jump to the right and
break the block left of the door.

Move to the right and jump up the stairs of blocks. Break the block above the
one left of the friend and get the friend. Jump to the left and stand on the
block. Yet another tricky jump; jump to the left and break the block
underneath the rock, but move to the right after smashing because it will fall
on your head otherwise. Jump to the right and bomb the most right block. Drop
down to get the last friend. Break the three blocks left of you. Move back to
the right and jump and break the three blocks left of you. When the rocks
drops, headbutt it to the left. Jump on the rock, jump to the next rock and
jump to the right to get to the door.

Stage 51: Watch Out..
Pass: 75AE53

Break all the six blocks left and right of you, and take the four bombs. Jump
on the right Spring (you'll need to break the most right floating block
first). Jump to the top and collect the two bombs there. Bomb the two blocks
next to the rock. Push the now free rock one space to the left. Drop down to
the left and defeat the Gladiator. Take the two friends to the left and defeat
the other Gladiator. Go back to the right and break the block left of the
rock. Drop down to the left on the Iron blocks and break the block to your
right, then move one spadce to the right so you're in the space you just
smashed a block in. Bomb your way two blocks down and collect the two friends.

Drop down to the right and get back on the Spring. Jump to the top again and
bomb the most right block. Bomb another block in the same space and push the
rock two spaces to the left. Drop down to the right on the Spring and jump
back to the top. Push the rock there off the edge to the left. Now stand on
the two rocks and jump to the door to finish the stage.

Stage 53: A Warm Welcome
Pass: 598959

First, again, take the six bombs laying around like they're toys. We're
focusing on the left side of the screen, so when I say middle rock, I mean the
middle rock of the three rocks on the left side. Move left and bomb the blue
block between the two left rocks. Jump out before dropping down and push the
middle of the three rocks down. Now bomb the blue block left of the Iron block
and push the right rock down. Drop down, break a block to the right to get two
more bombs and stand on the left rock. Jump and break the block to make the
rock drop down. Bomb the block between the rocks and jump to the right. Break
the block right of the right rock, then push the right rock in. Drop down on
the rock, go right, break the block and get the two friends. Bomb the block
right of the rock, then jump on the rock. Wait for the Big Moai left to stop
firing, then quickly drop down to the left and push the rock in the gap. Drop
down after it, break the block on your right and go throught the door.

Woohoo, completed level 52:

Stage 52: Castle Door
Pass: 71C871

Okay... Pretty complicated stage, literally filled with stones and blocks. We
only have 5 bombs here, so use them wisely. This stage also has a bit of luck
in it, which is the first luck which is required in Moai-Kun. Pity, as the
game was fun enough without that factor.

First thing, as always, is collect the bombs (four of them). Move to the left
and bomb the most left block. Drop down and break the block to the right
(above the friend). Drop down, get the two friends there and keep dropping
down. Now break the three stones to the right. Climb back to the top and push
the right rock one space to the right. Bomb the left block of the two blocks
above the friend and the Spikey. Here's where the luck comes in. You need to
push the rock to the left into the gap, killing the Spikey with it. If it
doesn't kill him, kill yourself and start over... If it does kill him, drop
down and get the friend. Another luck factor, but this one's very much
possible. Bomb the block where the friend stood, and while you drop down,
headbutt the block under the rock to the left, making that one drop down too
(press B as soon as you start falling; this will probably take you quite some
times to master). All the time, watch out for the Mask, because you mustn't
hit them when you drop down. Never said one of the last stages was gonna be
easy, eh? If everything worked, you've completed the hardest part of the
stage. Collect the friends around you (be careful because the rock can crush you)

Bomb the right of the rock and get on the rock. Break the blocks on your left and then break the three stones. Get back to the top and push a rock into the hole. Drop down and headbutt a rock through the hole. Make your way back to the top again and push the last 2 rocks in. Go left and jump through the gap and headbutt two rocks down the hole. Bomb the block right of the two stones and drop down and break a stone and the block on your left. Go right and destroy all the stones. You should get all your friends in this process. Go back left and jump onto the stone and headbutt a rock. Jump on the two rocks and headbutt the one rock so it leans against the iron block. Use the rocks to reach the door.

Level 54: Blockus

First take the ten bombs (as if you didn't expect that), then bomb a random
block to get down one floor (doesn't matter which one). Start breaking all the
blocks you can without using bombs (you should have only 5 remaining when
you're done). Bomb the block right of the most right block, then jump on the
most right rock. Bomb the block left of that rock, then push it to the right,
making it drop down. Now bomb the block left the rock left of you, then push
it down the gap too. Stand on the two rocks and break the block to the left of
you. Move left and break that block too. Jump back up to the left and bomb the
block left of the rock left of you. Headbutt the rock to the right. Bomb the
block between the two remaining rocks and headbutt the right rock to the
right. Bomb the block between the two "cages" of the friends (in the middle of
the screen), then move to the left. Bomb the block left of the last rock, then
headbutt it to the right.

Drop down to the right, in the first gap you see. Jump to the left, break the
block and get the friend there. Drop down again, then jump to the right and
break the block there. Get the friend, break the block on the right and move
to the right. Jump and break the block to your right. Now use the rocks to
climb to the door and your exit.

Stage 55: EVIL MOAIS!!!
Pass: 7DAF5B

First, take the five bombs. Move to the left and bomb the block between the
two left rocks. Don't drop down, but move to the right and bomb the block
right of the most right rock and drop down there. Drop to the left to get a
bomb, then jump to the elft to get a friend. Headbutt the rock left of that
friend to the left. Jump to the right and make your way back to the top
(you'll need to smash one block in your way; just jump and break it). Walk
past the door to appear on the other side of the screen. Jump via the rock to
the next rock and push that rock down (I'm talking about the second rock you
see). Drop down on that rock, jump and break the block under the rock, making
it drop down and form a nice stairs!

Drop down to the right and stand right of the bomb. Wait for the big Moai to
stop spitting fire at you, then quickly drop down and get the bomb and friend.
When you're in the space your friend was, break the block to your left. Then,
in the same space, bomb the block you're standing on. Drop down and break two
blocks to your right. Now use all the blocks and rocks around the stage to
climb back to the top, where the two rocks are.

If you're on the platform with the rock, drop down to the right. Bomb the
block you land on (it should be the one between the mouths, not the eyes, of
the big Moai). Break the block to your right and get back up to the two rocks.
Headbutt both rocks to the right, making them both drop down. Go left and drop
down, then go right and headbutt both rocks to the right again, making them
drop down once more. Stand on the two rocks and break the block to your left.
Stand on the block above your friend and bomb it. Drop down to get the friend.
You should now be standing left of the two rocks. Headbutt the lowest of those
two to the right.

Again, it's time to get tricky. Be sure the Evil Moai is at the right side of
the platform, then bomb the block you're standing on, but while you're falling
down, break the block underneath the rock with your head. Yes, it is very
tricky, but you've done it before, right? Wait for the Evil Moai to be near
you, then push the rock one space to the right, taking him out. You should
hurry up with the next part, because once the Evil Moai respawns, he'll annoy
you. Jump on the rock, then jump and break the block above you. Jump on the
rock once more, then jump and break another block. Again, jump on the rock and
jump to the right and break the block underneath the rock, making it drop
down. Headbutt the most left rock to the left, then push the right rock to the
left until it's on the Spike Pit. Jump on the rock, jump and break a block,
then jump to the other rock. Wait for the fire from the big Moai to stop, then
simply climb to the door. I'm sure you know the way by now

First, take the four bombs on the platform you start on. Then drop down and collect six more bombs. Bomb the most right block on the screen (above the big Moai). Now, somewhere above you are two rocks on two blocks (just below the door). Jump and break the left block of those two, then jump on the rock and head butt the rock to the right. Break the block to the right. Now jump to the left and get back to where you started. Bomb the block above the right friend and drop down. Get both friends, then bomb the right block and drop down again. Walk to the left and push the rock until it's on top of the other rock (above the big Moai). There are now three rocks on this floor. Now bomb the block left of the most left rock. Turn around and walk to the right, jump across the rock and head butt the most right block to the right, making it drop down. Walk to the right and stand under the middle platform. Jump and break the left block, then jump and break the block under the rock, making it drop down. Head butt the fallen rock to the right. Walk to the only gap and make it bigger by bombing the block left of it. Don't drop down, walk to the left and use the rocks to get back to your starting position. Push the rock at the top one space to the left, making it drop exactly in the new gap. Drop down after it and take the bomb. Bomb the block on the left (just right of the big Moai) and use the rocks to your right to climb back up. Now bomb the block directly above the gap you just created and step to the left. Jump and break the block above the new gap. Walk to the left, jump, and break the block underneath the two rocks on top of each other. When they fall, head butt them both to the right. Bomb the fifth block from the left and move to the left instead of dropping down. Jump and break the block under the stone to the left. Head butt the fallen stone to the right. Bomb the third block from the left, wait until the big Moai stop firing and drop down. Quickly get the friend and drop down again. Take both friend there, then push the single rock to the left until it's right underneath the friend on the right side of the screen. Use the stand-on-the-edge-of-the-rock- and-jump technique we've used a few times now and break the block underneath the friend. He'll fall down and we have every little friend. Head butt the rock you used to the right. Again, use that same technique to break the block beneath the big Moai. Now, jump via the rocks back to the top. Jump via the blocks to the left and use the other rocks there to jump to the door. Watch out for that evil Moai (destroy him if you like) and get through the door.


Congratulations! You've just beaten Moai-Kun! A screen will appear saying "CONGRATULATIONS!", then the credits will appear. Moai will head butt against the M7,8 block to make the credits fall down. Pretty funny, actually. When the credits are done, a screen saying "KONAMI" pops up and you'll have to reset the game (or turn off your NES, if you prefer that).
