Greatest Capcom Character

out the industry. But in your mind, who is the greatest?

Frank West is easily the coolest Capcom character in my mind.

Three reasons why Leon fails:

1. Leon couldn't keep an armed super spy from losing her life, Claire kept the same beasts from killing a helpless child and didn't whine half as much Leon did.
2. Leon is the only major Resident Evil protagonist to be killed off in a sequel, even if it's considered non cannon.
3. He pulls a Mark Hamil in RE4. And a Michael Jackson in RE: DC.

Arthur, Dante and Frank West should not be on the same list as someone like Mega Man or Ryu. Arthur is great why? Frank West was in one game and a vs game, why is he great? Dante is overrated. At least the others are well known by most gamers and Viewtiful Joe is from a uniquely cool game. Imo of course.

I vote Mega Man, Ryu a close second.

I voted Leon because Resident Evil 4 is Capcom's best game, ever, in my opinion of course. I don't know why you say Ada died, she's in Resident Evil 4 (Capcom's BEST game EVER).

Because he is? He basically a typical metrosexual FF character in a different game. I don't see how anyone could think he's great or comparable to others on your list. The games are just big flashy messes.

I voted for Dante... I like his character... Mega Man is a classic, but I never really go into it... yeah I know, I'm weird... Ryu has always been my favorite, but only because I liked him when I was little..(as in I thought the other characters were ugly) I don't think that should count when voting... and I never really played Resident Evil, I watched a friend play it... and since I'm not sure who the rest are, I though I might as well vote for a character I know I like the personality

It's about money, not because he's a great character. They probably figured it would seem cool to have a virtually unheard of character in the game. Before you jump to defend his notability I mean he's virtually unknown to most gamers, not all. I'd say more people know the name of the game but they have no idea who Frank West is.

Why are people obsessed with Frank West anyways? He's just some stupid photographer who got stuck in a mall with zombies. Everything he did is pretty much pulled from all the zombie flicks over the years. Why is he cool? Why not be obsessed with the cast of L4D? They make West look like a pansy.
