HIV patient cured!

This seemed like exciting news. Did anyone else know 1% of caucasians are immune to HIV?
Also a big round of applause for stem cell research.

In my entire life, I've never known a person who had HIV, or even known of anyone who had it. Great news none the less. But how is Magic Jonhson still alive and healthy? I think there might be more to that episode of South Park than just a barrel of laughs. Cancer research has had some breakthroughs recently aswell, the problem is that big pharma can't make any money off of it so it will probably just fly under the radar for the most part.

Yes, or the price will be set too high for most people to afford.
But this is nothing new to the U.S. where fully 1/5 of the population {20%} have no access to health care - simply because they're too poor.
Chances are a lot of them lost their jobs when they got sick and their situation deteriorated from then on.

But what does it matter when literally quadrillions of dollars 'need' to be paid to the Banksters, and billions more are being spent to fund the ongoing wars around the World.
Afghanistan - still going on
Iraq - still going on
Despite the fact that the 'Boogeymen' were allegedly caught.

No, this is good news that means nothing in the larger scheme of things, in my opinion.
If they really cared about Human life they would abolish the wars, provide adequate and affordable health care, and really get things on track.

Pure hemp seed oil has been stopping and even reversing cancer in patients for decades and smoking or eating medicinal marijuana works wonders for all types of ailments, but of course it also stands in the way of big Pharma - and therefore you cannot have it.

{although that's only part of the story when it comes to pot; it makes good food, clothes, fuel, and can even be used for construction of things like car body panels - Corporations have known this since the 1920's and that is the real reason it's illegal - because it threatens their virtual monopolies.}

Like how stem cell research is partially fraudulent in that, when Christopher Reeve wanted to announce to the foundation that embryos were not necessary for the research and that any cells from the patient's own bodies are sufficient - and just as he was about to say this that guy ran onto the stage and literally shut him up by clamping his hand over Christopher Reeve's mouth?

If the aids virus has been cured it would be a great victory for the gay community. Millions of homosexual people have died over the years because of it. In Africa as well the people with HIV is very high.

I don't believe it is so easy to find a cure this easily. I think the truth is that it's false news that someone spreed acting like it's true and in a while we will hear that it was all fake

You really need to read the article. AIDS wasn't cured, this is just one guy who had HIV but was cured. He wasn't cured in five seconds with a magic fluid either, he had the operation in 2007 and his HIV cleared up now, supposedly.

Also, the operation (bone marrow transfer) has a high mortality rate.

Point is, it's a major step in the right direction in the fight against HIV.

I heard about this at a Pre-Med program I went to a while back, I'm glad to
see it's being into practice now, despite it's expensive cost.
