Ninja duck bros? Coin-op

Been trying to figure this out for ages. Only saw it once in an arcade as it wasn't very popular (anywhere around 1988-1995). Its like the Simpsons, xmen, etc. style arcade games (sorry cant think of the genre right now).

Two ninja duck brothers go battling. You can get power ups like a mallet to destroy enemies; I think rollerskates or skateboard though cant be sure. Both bros may be blue or one blue the other red, they have headbands on. An old Sensei of some sort tells you something in the beginning.

I'm think "mallard" or "duck" is in the title, though not sure because I was very young. thx for your help

Whoa!! The internet works, FAST! Thanks jozman for renewing my faith. This game has been popping in and out of memory for about 20 years. Funny how memory plays tricks. I guess I was thinking of ninjas b/c the turtles (TMNT) were relevant to my interests at the time.

I wiki'd and found it did come out in 1988 too. Also neat is that Bean the Dynamite from Sonic Fighters (my first time hearing of it) is based on the characters in Dynamite Dux.
