Can't play NES Games

Somehow I got it working again it took a lot of opening the task manager and shutdown and restarting but I got it to work again so please disregard this post and if able please delete it

I had it working for 1 game then it crashed again. I tried to get rid of all my nes2 folder and reset my folders but I can't get rid of my nes2 inside of the folder as well as the nestopia file inside the folder they both say there in use but there not can someone please help me fix this I tried what I did last time and it's not working. I'm using Windows 7 as my OS and my browser is Internet Explorer 9. I am not interested in using team viewer
