Problem with coin op games

I'm having trouble with all coin op games. It does load up & the games appear (NBA Jam TE) & then when I press the buttons to play, a box appears that says dip switch & other things.

I have tried pressing esc & it pops just right back up again when I press the buttons.

What do I do?

What internet browser are you using?
If you're using Firefox and have recently updated to version 3 this may be the issue, and there is an easy fix.
Please let us know.
