Cats are among the most fearsome animals in the World; most animals instinctively know that a cat can be extremely dangerous.
Let me tell you guys a little story about another tough cat:
ONCE upon a time in Edmonton, there was a house for rent that 'came with a cat', I was told by a friend of mine.
'What do you mean, the house
'came with a cat'?
I asked
My friend said
'Whell, I went to rent this house and was told that if I took it, part of the deal was to care for the cat that lived there.'
{actual cat may be different than shown}
So it turned out that the cat had been in the house most of its life, and HE really was a STEAMER - and
he knew it too.
Now, one day some overly - confident owner brought his large dog to the house and my friend warned them to get it out of there before the cat sees it.
Just as the dog's owner started up with:
'Bwah, my dawg EATS cats for ...'
then the cat was launching itself from behind the couch towards the dog - the dog immediately started crying and ran away, with the cat close behind!!
... and so there you have another example of a tough kitty who's not afraid of much.
