Here comes the racism remarks. =/

IMO they shoulda stayed out of "Black" and "White". Where's Pokemon Orange?

Seriously? It bugs me when people assume black and white will cause racism remarks or when people make racism remakes because it says black and white. The only reason this happens is because we haven't gotten over the part where we are all equal and skin color doesn't matter. Once we all get over it, we'll stop relating them with skin color.

When I read the name of the post racism was the last thing on my mind... the first thing that popped up was "Why on Earth do they keep calling their games after colors? Do they lack creativity so much that they'll just pick to colors and name their games that? Would that mean the games are just going to be pretty much the same as the previous ones with a couple of new features?". I mean, I have pkmn yellow, blue, red, silver, gold, sapphire and I think I have other one... I know I played the one where you are a human turned into a pkmn... and I really need to play the new games... but something tells me, they're not going to be all that different...

Well, when ya look at the comments to the link I posted, theres a clear indication. I personally wish that crap wouldn't happen but people still will do it.

Also Pokemon from the start was a color influenced game. IE Pallet town, Viridian City, etc. hell I don't even think they do that anymore..

They should have stopped with Crystal. It disturbs me to know that they're draining this of every dollar they can get out of this, even if it means throwing in another 350 for us to memorize. Screw that.

they don't get old that's all. I've played red and blue and pearl. Now I picked up Emerald since it was cheap and I still like it.

Well, the names really don't seem racist to me. I think they should be done coming up with new pokemon, after generation 2 they started getting lame. "Hey, let's make a heart-shaped fish pokemon!". Seriously, the creativity is gone, many pokemon after generation 2 seem to be an attempt to fill the spots of old pokemon, for example: Plusle, Minun, Spinda, and Pachirisu all seem like attempts at making another Pikachu.

Like that would ever work. They've already got Gen 5 Pokemon listed. Who in their right mind would name a Pokemon Zorua and its evolution Zoroark?

more of them? Seriously? I mean come on.. and more on the Ds? Why cant we have a large scale one on the wii thats not a battle thing? Is it so wrong to want a real pokemon game on Console power? Nintendo has this great WII technology adn all they focus on are handhelds.. Seems an epic waste to me.. I like the idea of hte 3ds.. but Give us console gamers some love too please.

The whole point and center of Pokemon is that it's an "on the go" type deal. If you have it centered around the stationary and more devoted Wii suddenly taking your Gameboy or DS to school just isn't the same.

Besides, it's not like they have a whole lot of other really commercial successful games on the DS.
