Once you've polished off the story in Peace Walker, a number of new missions will appear as part of Extra Ops. These will be shooting galleries, hold up missions, and even ghost hunting quests, but there's one odd one called "Date with Paz." Paz, of course, is the student who comes to Snake in the beginning of the game and asks for him to help bring peace to Costa Rica. The game describes her as "a child, only 16 years old."
That's why it's kind of creepy when Snake gropes her and (probably) has sex with her.
"Date with Paz" starts with the young blonde girl on the beach staring out at the ocean. Players move Snake over to her, and if the player hits the button prompt on the screen, Snake reaches out and gropes Paz's breast. She slaps him, and the hero tumbles to the ground. Pull out one of Snake's traditional cardboard boxes, and our hero goes inside the crate and Paz walks over. She asks if there's "room for one more," climbs in, and then that box starts a-rockin'. Granted, we don't know for sure what happens in the box, but there is a grunt from Snake followed by Paz saying "Over already?" Then, a little heart appears and floats away. Then, there's more box rocking.
To our knowledge, the mission can only end via the box route or groping/punching Paz until she calls you a creep, she walks away, and you fail the mission.

Hmm... I know it is just fiction, but I think this is a bit messed up. If she was older (she's sixteen) it would be just a bit less creepy to me.
Also, Snake (Big Boss) was a good guy at the time, and it seems out of character for him to do something like this.
