Re: FFVII on the NES
Nice, it would be cool if someone actually made the game on the nes as a hack.

You've got to love the media piracy in China either way.

Re: FFVII on the NES
The "game" in the first link would probably be cool if it was real. The one in the second link is ugly as sin and I doubt I could get past the eye gouging graphics. Also why is Barret not black in the Chinese hack?

Every sprite was recycled from earlier FF games.

It's confusing and ugly to think about. It's a 1997 video game, with Microsoft Paint graphics, using 16-bit capabilities, trying to disguise it self as a 1987 NES game.(made before the original Final Fantasy mind you)
The end result is something like this

Dude, that looks so funny right about now. Still, such a hack sounds interesting.

The point is you like music that a lot of people think is crap. It's kind of ironic for you to mock the music in this game under those circumstances.

Oh, nevermind, I get it! No one is allowed to form a negative opinion on any subjective matter because there will be others who disagree.
Yeah, great point there...

Re: FFVII on the NES
Well, when I see such an inept, hypocritical statement such as DB's it just aches to be pointed at and mocked.

Re: FFVII on the NES
Jeez calm down Tenser. I wasn't trying to start anything I was just answering Tails. I don't like the music in either game, I was lightheartedly messing with him. To me this is like comparing one pile of crap to another, that's why I thought it was funny.

Re: FFVII on the NES
I'm perfectly calm, thank you.
I was just quite amused that those statements came from someone who's very vocal about their own dislikes even when said opinion is unwarranted.

Re: FFVII on the NES
Guys, there are those of us who've never even seen anything Cheetahmen-related. Still, I've heard of games that had lousier music to me than Cheetahmen may to you.

Re: FFVII on the NES
I'm not saying it is. There are games that are lousier. We shouldn't judge based on what music we like or dislike, even if it is music from a video game. Personally, Katamari Damacy's music is just corny.
