Help me identify a game

I played a game back in the day on Sega Channel (one of the greatest inventions ever) for Sega Genesis or course and it was a great co-op game I played with my friend. Two players, and both played as cowboys (I want to say outlaws.) You shot at people and at certain points went to the saloon doors to kiss the girls, which gave you health. I think you could jump to a higher level, which was on the roof of the buildings.

I think that's all I remember. It was from the side view, and it was really fun.

Help me out here!
