Re: Best Games for NES
- Zelda II: Adventure of Link
- Punch Out
- Prowrestling (I still play this sometimes)
- Metroid
- Mario 3
- Ninja Gaiden (the whole series)
- TMNT III: The Manhattan Project
- Dr. Mario
- Battletoads
- Kirby
Those are some of the best I can think of off hand, but there are so many good NES games it's hard to choose.

I have played some of the Firepros, but not all of them because there are so many. I used to log quite a few hours on the Game Boy Advance system. I used to recolor the characters in that one to make them look like the real wrestlers. I had fun with that one.
I think a lot of the reason I still like Prowrestling so much is because of nostalgic reasons. It was really the first wrestling game I ever played. My brother and I would play for hours on end. I would normally play as Giant Panther and my bro would be The Amazon. Good times!
Do you recommend a specific version of Firepro?

well the seem to just get better as the series goes on, the one for ps2 -"firepro returns" is the newest and people say its the best one, and its actually in english ;D, ive got an import for the dreamcast "firepro wrestling d" and is phenomenal i prefer d to returns beacause the dreamcast has the 4 controller ports.
heres a video showcasing pretty much the entire series: http://ca.youtube.com/watch?v=Xu4kVZpF35w
ive been so obsessed with firepro lately
edit: heres a match in firepro featuring giant panther and the amazon: http://ca.youtube.com/watch?v=XyM2PE...e=channel_page

Those do look pretty sweet. I really enjoyed the GBA version that I have. Question, do you know, how were they able to use the Nitro, Wrestlemania, WWE rings without a lawsuit? They look awesome, but I didn't know they could do that.

Re: Best Games for NES
there all home made, there is a giant community of people that share all their created characters/rings/titles then release them online in different "edit packs" virtually every wrestler is available somewhere, hence the nes pro wrestling edit pack, they ve even been able to make their own moves too, so you can download triple h, then download the pedigree to complete the character
edit: the reason i origianlly asked you about fp is the the first fp always reminded me of pro wrestling for nes: http://ca.youtube.com/watch?v=ax_RRxKzya0

I just watched the video, and yes you are exactly right. The first one looks almost exactly like Pro Wrestling. I have never played the first FP, but I think I might try it out.
