PSP??

Congratulations, mj23. Good things and bad things? That's really up to you to decide for. Since you are getting it, I am assuming you have read up a little bit on it already or have at least played one before and know it's capabilities and functions. If not, you probably won't regret as it has a lot of cool features.

My opinion...the graphics and sound are WAY better than the Nintendo DS by far. That's definitely one good thing about it. Another thing is that the screen is nice and big and the device is wide enough to fit snuggly and comfortably in the palms of your hands. It sits in my hands just right...nice heavy and comfortable. It also has Wi-Fi, of course.

The rest is really up to you to decide on. You'll have fun either way.

Good things:
Tokobot
Patapon
Modding your PSP to play emulators
PS1 games
Monster Hunter Freedom 2
Download play
The screen is beautiful

Bad things:
Constant firmware updates
Sound is too quiet
Controls on some games is weird
Too many PS2 ports
Lack of really solid titles
Break a lot

I like my PSP a lot, but I have probably gone through 4 of em that stopped working in one way or another from no fault of my own.

I am starting to think that you just have bad luck with anything electronic. 4 PSPs and a Zune? Definately bad luck.

Everybody's Zune broke, not just mine. That was the point of that thread. It works now.

PSP's aren't made very well. A friend of mine has gone through 3 and another is on his second. I still like mine though. Jus like my 360!

Everybody's Zune broke, not just mine. That was the point of that thread. It works now.

It all started on a quiet day. You turned on an XBOX 360 (not even yours) and there they were. The red rings. Your "friend" sent it in to get it fixed. Microsoft couldn't fix it and sent him a new 360 in its place. The old 360 went under extensive review, in the process, contaminating entire shipments of XBOX 360s. From there, it spread like the plague.

ok so today i bought the psp ratchet and clank bundle with the black 3000 model psp i really like it i love the graphics but i had a question but i found the answer to it ;D

my question was solved im about to delete it and i have twenty five dollars and ill probably get something this week but "ratchet and clank: size matters" came with it, ill probably get final fantasy VII crisis core next
