Montezuma's Return! - Nintendo Game Boy Color - Score Board
I cannot find the torch anywhere and have managed to navigate through and clear all the no light stages and here are the codes I've found so far:

Basically you get your next code from beating the boss and if you enter in that code you magically have the torch, which I just cannot find. Probably the best way to search is type in the first code and the start searching but I've collected everything and nothing seems to make a difference.

I figured it out, just started jumping at all torches and eventually found it.
