These types of links reset local ArcadeOX files which normally fix this type of problem. With the score beta all config and save files are synced to server (as long as you have interenet connection when you load and exit a game).
The other systems do not sync these to the server. Therefor if you opened a reset link for another system, you would probably fix the problem but you might also lose saves or personalized configs.
