Classic emulation software frontend?

I was suddenly struck with a program you could download that had a free product and a paid version, the free version came with Nintendo games automatically and the paid allowed you to play SNES, Gameboy, Genesis, etcetera. The program itself was blue and the game list was gray. The thing is, and this is what got me into emulation, the program came with the emulators it used in the location you installed it in - so you can just download the roms yourself and use the emulators, bypassing the payment completely.

I don't plan on using it again, but it's driving me insane because the name is on the tip of my tongue.

Mmm, sorta. This program had the roms and emulators already packed in. You could access them in the installation directory and bypass the payment entirely.

EDIT: FOUND IT! I found it the same way I found it back in the day. It's Console Classix!

Seems like the software might have changed interfaces since the late 2000's or so :P
