Missing scores

Yesterday and today I made two 1st place scores for Metal Slug X and Metal Slug 3, but I dont see them pending, there are other scores of mine instead. Are they gone?

One thing that could be, is best scores vs all scores in the top right corner of a list of scores for a game. Best scores which is the default view only shows the top score of every player and if you already have a score for a game, any others will be considered 0 points until approved. (Thus not showing). If you switch to all scores they should show at the very bottom of the list before being approved.

- In Hoops/coin-op I made 13 and then 18(1st place) but only 13 is uploaded
- No 'cleared' credit for Turf Masters/coin-op
- My Tehkan World Cup, 1st place and cleared, not yet verified.

Here's what I see.

-Hoops - As I stated above if you select view all scores in the score table you will see it is there and is still being processed.

-Turf Masters - Rep probably just missed it. I'm sure they will get to it as soon as they can.

-Tehkan world cup - Be patient. Its only been a few days. As they said above they are short staffed. There may be many scores ahead of yours and these people are volunteers. They have lives too.

Honestly i wouldn't worry about it for at least a week. I know back when i was verifying scores i would prioritize based on length of submission and then age of score. If there are a lot of scores to check it will take longer to get through them all.

Remember someone has to watch your submission from start to finish. If they are short staffed this could take even longer.

The volunteers at RU are some of the most dedicated and selfless people I know so if it takes longer don't sweat it. They aren't ignoring the score submission queue trust me.

99% all you need to do is press F12. But if you are worried and want to be 100% sure, follow all these steps

1) Press F12 to submit score. Do NOT close the game.
2) Switch to the web page where you launched the game - where you clicked "ArcadeOX Score Mode" link.
3) On that page is a button that says "view submitted score". Wait about 5 seconds then click that button.
4) A pop up should show your score. If it doesn't wait 5-10 seconds and refresh the pop up. If you played for a really long game - multiple hours - then you may have to wait around about a minute.
5) If your score appears then your score is in the queue waiting for a mod to approve it. You are done, close the game and relax. There are currently more players than mods so it is taking about a week to process each score but if you see your score in the popup then it will get done as soon as a mod has time.

6) If your score did not appear: check that you are still connected to Internet then repeat all steps starting with pressing F12 in the game.

The Clear has been taken care of. For Gallop Racer, the score equates to your finishing time. You finished first in your race, but the lowest time is the better score. Lastexposfan had a time of 1.07.70 which equals 10,770. Your time was slightly slower at 1.09.73 (10,973 points). In this game, lowest score wins.

On a game like Gallop Racer the fastest time is better. Your time is 3rd fastest so you are in third place. ( You did it in 1 min 9.73 seconds and first place did it in 1 min 7.7 seconds.)

I think someone already gave you game clear on Tehkan World Cup.

Kong can answer cleared games giving extra points - I don't think that's the case. This was the logic behind the leaderboard, I believe it's still current:

"Average Rank" is your average rank of all submitted scores.
For "score" you get 25 for each 1st place. 15 for 2nd, 10 for 3rd, 7 for 4th, 6 for 5th and so on.

The points should be calculated only once per day, around midnight. So score submitted today wont show up until tomorrow.

If you saw a change during the day, then something went wrong and whatever that something was, it would have fixed itself at midnight.

I know krehztim said no and really he would be a better expert on that than me these days but I could have sworn at one point Cleared Games did count towards the leaderboard. Not sure if they do anymore or if they do what points you get for them.

Well, meanwhile I played several times this game and finally got a first place in my course, with a time of 1:07:53 (10,753 points)

It said I won the Crystal Cup but I didn't continue, I had to press F12.

Yes I will, but I think I have to mention another two 'cleared' (Double Dragon-coin op & Street Hoop-coin op), because they are not first place, so maybe the confirmer won't watch them, so he won't see they are cleared, right

If there are older members with extra cleared points, it would be unfair for the newer members who cannot get them now.

I m in Marp also, but I don't like tourns, I prefer to choose games myself

If two players have same score, the older one wins the place?

Scores that were not approved for any reason. You can only see your own deleted scores. If anyone else views your page they will not see them.

You 're talking for the duration of an inp?
So someone has to start right away after [space]/[enter], and press F12 right away after game over and his score appears on screen(of after loses his last life and score is already visible).

I see an 185,200 score waiting for approval but I don't see an 800,000 one.

I imagine such a score would take a long time to accomplish meaning the upload would take a very long time. Did you wait till it said it was successful?
