Wonder Boy on Genesis Wrong Title

I just wanted to point out that you currently have Wonder Boy in Monster World on the Genesis currently labeled as Wonder Boy 4 Monster World 3. That is incorrect. The correct full title (the one used in Japan, at least) is Wonder Boy V Monster World III. There is no game titled Wonder Boy 4. Technically, Wonder Boy III: The Dragon's Trap (aka Monster World II) is the fourth game in the series, because Wonder Boy III: Monster Lair came before it. However, since the Master System only had two other Wonder Boy titles and there were plans to port Monster Lair, they just decided to refer to Dragon's Trap as the third one. This is why the Game Gear version is simply titled Wonder Boy: The Dragon's Trap. I would also like to point out that while Dragon's Curse is a port of Dragon's Trap, it drops any references to Wonder Boy and Monster World, so the game should be titled simply "Dragon's Curse."

So, is it possible to fix the game titles so they're accurate or are they stuck with what they are now?

In defense of the site, The Wonder Boy/Adventure Island debacle might be the most confusing series of events in all of gaming history.

My understanding is the group of programmers that created the first Wonder Boy got signed away to Hudson Soft and just used the same game with a different protagonist for Adventure Island. Other than that, the only real confusion is the fact that there are two games titled Wonder Boy III (Monster Lair and Dragon's Trap), which I explained in the first post.

I wasn't trying to knock the site, I just noticed the error and asked to have it corrected. Which it was, so I'm all good.
