Meteor Shower Now

A meteor shower should be starting about now and lasting for at least an hour or two. Go outside, look up and to the north or northeast. Should be a hundred +meteors between 8PM and 9PM EST.

I guess I'll just scan the sky until I see it, no idea which direction is North without a compass.

Saw nothing because of nearby lights I think. Seemed kinda strange though since I usually have a really clear and starry sky and I've even seen shooting stars recently(never used to see them in my other place).

I confess that I was gung - ho at the idea, but I've been sick lately so I convinced myself that it wasn't worth it because it's too cold outside, and watched Star Trek {OS} instead.
