The icons are only on the Game Boy version which I had never played before. I only got the treasure chest (1-500 points) and the castle (extra castle). I saw the potion but I didn't get it.

Once you figure out the rules and how to play there aren't many tips to give. Memorize the buttons. Learn how much you have to lead your aim. Don't shoot as fast as you can. Shoot the flame throwers first. Leave room to build. Do everything fast. Get the items on the later rounds 4 or 5 after you have a lot of cannons. Don't put cannons near the edge of the screen or you can get blocked. Don't build a row of canons between two castles so you can build a wall between them and abandon one castle if you need. Leave one castle as open as possible - no cannons so you can wall it up if you are in trouble.

Good tips. Thanks.

It is a tough game. I feel the same way. I play it on my Neo Geo sometimes. It reminds me of Saturday Night Slam Masters more than anything else. The thing that's toughest is there are some guys you just simply can't win a grapple against, so alot of strikes are necessary. I like it, but it's a really really brutal game.
