Some people say that gay marriages ruin the sanctity of matrimony. That is BS. Divorces ruin it. 1 in 2 marriages end in divorce. I bet only a small chunk of the other half are ending happily ever after.
Divorces are so common that marriage proves nothing. Engagements prove even less.
You are 20 years old. Calm down, it is a crush. You are too young. There is a difference between infatuation and love and you haven't been around long enough to distinguish the two.

Do not tell her this. Sez's ex said things like "I will kill myself if you leave me." Saying you would be nothing is not as bad as saying you would kill yourself but it is still wrong. It is not true. Even if you think it is, it isn't. And as in Sez's situation it only served to guilt her into doing something she didn't want to do.
