There isn't an expansion pack for Wroms on Genesis.
Resident Evil for NES is 1) all in Japanese and I doubt you will be able to get far without reading Japanese and 2) I can not find the needed files for it.
I also do not have the needed files for the GBC version of Resident Evil prototype.
You can request DOS and MSX games but none have been added yet. I don't want to add them until I can do a large bunch at one time. Also most DOS games will not work. Only DOS games that do not require a DOS extender which are usually the old games that came on a single floppy disk.
