8 buttons, 2 analog sticks and a D pad. The PS2 contoller had 10 buttons and 2 analog sticks. The gamecube's controller was just kind of awkward, but it wasn't very difficult to get used to. Just like the Nintendo 64 controller before it. |
I love the Gamecube controller, it fits perfectly in my hands.
