I'd like to suggest The Simpsons: Bart vs. the Space Mutants, Jeopardy, and Wheel of Fortune for genesis, and if possible, Doki Doki Panic for NES. I've been able to find the game for a famicom emulator, but it would be much easier to be able to play it here.
