(Sorry I'm late to the party. Things are a little unstable for me atm and there's nothing I can do about it. I haven't forgotten about this I've just been distracted.
I put stuff in spoilers to make this post less huge, it's not meant to be secret in any way)

After listening to everyone I have a few questions my self. But first I will answer those presented to me.

I am unsure what made you think I was being secretive. If you would be willing to elaborate I am sure there is a reasonable explanation for it.

I did speak to Dr Eulan in Ten-Forward yesterday. I also talked to several other people as well.
Now that you mention it, shuttle Chief Frath asked me why you would want to know about piloting a shuttle by yourself.
It does seem highly unlikely that you would need to know this. I am sure there is a reasonable explanation for it and I am sorry if it sounds accusatory. I didn't think it was relevant until you brought this up.

As for my conversation with Dr Eulan we discussed the orb. Given the nature of his visit to the Enterprise I see no reason this should be unusual. I am not attempting to brag but I do have extensive knowledge in almost every technical field, at least those available to modern science. It is logical to assume that I should offer my services.
This is also why I needed to access engineering records, I was attempting to help in the construction of the stasis field for the orb. I do work faster than other beings but even I have limits, things sometimes take longer than we wish.

As I said to Guinan this is not abnormal behaviour for someone in my position. I apologize if I seem too eager but this is a monumental discovery.
Sorry to ask this but I saw you handling the orb as well, I am unsure why you need to inspect in so closely but I assume it is for a good reason, is that correct? The science team commented that you were in the way and there for a long time. This seems rather unusual as well.

Also Ensign Ro having a criminal record is interesting but it does not make her more likely to commit another crime. She has paid her dues and is an accepted member of this crew. The facts about her crime do show that she could commit this crime but that alone is not enough to accuse her. You should know better than to assume without all the facts. Is everything ok with you Mr Worf?

I would also like to comment on Geordi since Guinan brought it up. Although we are close friends I must admit he does possess the technical ability to handle this kind of deception. Forgive me Geordi but I am obligated to volunteer any relevant information.

Lastly I found this note while in Ten Forward and I think it might be relevant. Dr Crusher was supposed to meet with R.E. It seems likely that would be Dr Rom Eulan.
Excuse me Dr Crusher but could you discuss this with us?

(It's not a big deal but you guys aren't saying Ensign Ro's name right. According to the linked wiki article her people put the last name first. If you're gonna call Tenser Will then Oasis should be Laren. Unless your character isn't informal like that(Worf, Data)
