It just makes no sense to allow games like GTA, Mortal Kombat and other gore fests and then flip out over a simulated scene involving consensual sex(and it's his GF, not a hooker).
Anyone with half a brain knows that ANYONE can google porn and find it better/faster that way. If GTA is your outlet for porn you have bigger issues, like no internet.

My perspective is that publishers should be able to put whatever (legal) content they want in a game. The rating is supposed to give parents/people the information, so they can make a decision based on what they want to play (or let their children play). I think it is a ridiculous situation when people in the U.S. Senata/Congress (H.O.R.) tries to make video games some big political issue, but no one talks about the same content in films. In a way the video game rating system should be more effective than even the film rating system because there are more rating categories, but I think a lot people are still becoming acclimated to the idea that there are video games that are made solely for adults. Porn is more prevalent and easily accessible than ever before which features real nudity (not to offend you hentai lovers out there), but than a video game puts little animated characters doing the horizontal tango in an adult rated game, and it causes a huge cultural tumult. It's pretty crazy to me.
