I heard about this on Gamespot. Sounds like anime Madden, or at least how the Japanese see American football. I'm pretty sure this is based on an existing manga or anime called

It looks almost too crazy for American audiences, but it could have a ghost of a chance. Also, another concern I have is that it doesn't look multiplayer friendly, what with all the special effects (the dodge moves and such seen in the gameplay demo).
